Characteristics and pairings:
A full bodied wine, with fruity aromas, a red cherry and morello cherry nose, with a bold texture and a spicy flavour, especially on notes of pepper. Goes perfectly with red meats and stewed dishes. We recommend to keep it ideally one year before tasting.
